Terms of service

1. The service

EverID is the identity service of Geckosoft SRL ("Geckosoft", "we") used to sign in to the Ever products. These terms govern the creation and use of the EverID account. The use of each Ever product is governed by that product's contract and terms, which prevail over these for everything concerning the product.

2. The account

• The account is personal: each person has their own and does not share it.
• Provide true, up-to-date data and an email address you have access to: we verify it before the account is activated.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and two-step verification factors safe. Some products or roles require two-step verification: in that case you cannot sign in until you have set it up.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and tell us at info@geckosoft.it.

3. Acceptable use

By using EverID you agree not to:

• access or try to access other people's accounts;
• circumvent or test the security measures without our written consent;
• overload the service or use it with automated tools, except for the agents and integrations offered by the Ever products;
• use EverID in breach of the law or of the rights of others.

4. Signing in with Google or Microsoft

If you sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, that provider's terms apply as well. The EverID account stays linked to that identity as long as the account exists; if you lose access to the provider account you can set an EverID password with the recovery procedure.

5. Artificial intelligence agents

Some Ever products let you authorize artificial intelligence agents to act on your behalf. The authorization covers only the product and the permissions you approve, and you can revoke it at any time. You are responsible for the actions the agent takes with your authorization.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep EverID always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. Any guaranteed service levels are those set by the contract of the Ever product you use.

7. Suspension and deletion of the account

You can ask at any time for your account to be deleted by writing to info@geckosoft.it: before deleting it we help you close your relationship with the Ever products that use it. We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms or endangers the security of the service or of other users, notifying you when possible.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Geckosoft is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, EverID. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights the law grants to consumers.

9. Personal data

The processing of account data is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change; if the changes are significant we tell you by email or at your next sign-in. If you keep using EverID after the change, the new terms apply.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Geckosoft's registered office, except where the law gives consumers a different forum. The Italian version of these terms prevails over translations.
